Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any product from Front Office. By purchasing or accessing a Front Office product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products offered by Front Office, operated by Ethan Beagle ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase or downloading any Front Office product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
Front Office offers the following digital products and plans:
Plans. Core ($9 per month) includes the Interview Training App. Pro ($19 per month) includes the Interview Training App, the Playbook, and the Tracker. Lifetime ($99, one-time) includes everything in Pro with no recurring charge, including future additions to the question bank. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; a change does not affect the current billing period of an active subscription.
Subscriptions. Core and Pro are billed monthly through Gumroad and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Gumroad receipt or account; access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund charges already paid except as described in Section 7.
Delivery and license. The Playbook and Tracker are delivered as downloads through Gumroad immediately after purchase of a plan that includes them. Access to paid features of the Interview Training App is tied to your active plan. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the products for as long as your plan is active (permanently, for Lifetime). You are not purchasing physical goods.

A single-user license means one person. If you want to distribute Front Office products to a group, club, or team, please contact us at ethan@frontofficeplaybook.com to discuss a group license.
Front Office is an educational resource only. Nothing in our products constitutes financial, investment, legal, or career advice. Content reflects the personal experience and research of the author and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results in finance recruiting vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that using our products will result in job offers, interviews, or any particular career outcome.
You should independently verify any information that is material to your career or financial decisions. You agree that any reliance on the content is at your own risk.
All content in Front Office products - including but not limited to text, tables, frameworks, templates, and design - is the intellectual property of Front Office / Ethan Beagle and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. All rights not expressly granted in Section 3 are reserved.
Your purchase does not transfer any ownership interest or copyright to you. You are purchasing a limited personal license as described above.
Every paid plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment at ethan@frontofficeplaybook.com with your order number, and we will issue a full refund of that payment via Gumroad.
For Core and Pro subscriptions, the guarantee applies to your first payment. Later monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and will not be charged again. For Lifetime, the guarantee applies to the one-time purchase price.
After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Because the Playbook and Tracker are digital files delivered immediately, downloading them does not affect your right to request a refund within the 30-day window.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products are error-free, complete, or up to date. Finance recruiting processes, compensation data, and firm practices change over time; content reflects conditions as of the date of publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Front Office or Ethan Beagle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether arising from your use of or inability to use our products, any errors or omissions in the content, or any other matter relating to our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
