Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any product from Front Office. By purchasing or accessing a Front Office product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products offered by Front Office, operated by Ethan Beagle ("we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase or downloading any Front Office product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

Products are delivered digitally via Gumroad immediately following purchase. You are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the product - you are not purchasing physical goods or any ongoing service.

Front Office is an educational resource only. Nothing in our products constitutes financial, investment, legal, or career advice. Content reflects the personal experience and research of the author and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results in finance recruiting vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that using our products will result in job offers, interviews, or any particular career outcome.
You should independently verify any information that is material to your career or financial decisions. You agree that any reliance on the content is at your own risk.
All content in Front Office products - including but not limited to text, tables, frameworks, templates, and design - is the intellectual property of Front Office / Ethan Beagle and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. All rights not expressly granted in Section 3 are reserved.
Your purchase does not transfer any ownership interest or copyright to you. You are purchasing a limited personal license as described above.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of the purchase date at ethan@frontofficeplaybook.com with your order number, and we will issue a full refund via Gumroad.
After 14 days, all sales are final. Refunds are processed at our discretion for requests received after the 14-day window and are not guaranteed.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, you acknowledge that by downloading the files you have received the product. This does not affect your right to request a refund within the 14-day window.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products are error-free, complete, or up to date. Finance recruiting processes, compensation data, and firm practices change over time; content reflects conditions as of the date of publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Front Office or Ethan Beagle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether arising from your use of or inability to use our products, any errors or omissions in the content, or any other matter relating to our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
