Front Office ("we," "us," or "our") is an information product for college students pursuing careers in finance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or purchase our products.
By using this site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising targeting on third-party platforms. We do not share your information with any third party except as described in this policy.
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site:
Formspree (formspree.io) - processes form submissions (name and email). When you submit a form, your information is sent to Formspree's servers. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Google Fonts - our site loads fonts from Google's servers, which means Google receives a request from your browser when you visit the site. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We may add additional services (such as an email platform for sending newsletters) in the future. We will update this policy when we do.
If you purchase a product, the transaction is processed by Gumroad (gumroad.com). We do not see or store your credit card number, billing address, or full payment details - all payment information is handled directly by Gumroad and is subject to their privacy policy at gumroad.com/privacy.
After a purchase, Gumroad provides us with your name and email address so we can deliver your product and provide customer support. We store this information for as long as necessary to fulfill your purchase and comply with any applicable legal obligations.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. Refund requests are processed through Gumroad. To request a refund, email ethan@frontofficeplaybook.com within 14 days of purchase.
We use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track users across sites, and is not used to build advertising profiles. The only data collected is aggregate site traffic data (page views, referrer, country/city, device type). No individual user profiles are created. Plausible's data processing information is at plausible.io/data-policy.
This website does not set first-party cookies and does not use cross-site tracking technology. Plausible Analytics (Section 6) is cookieless. You do not need to accept a cookie banner to use this site.
Note: Google Fonts may set cookies from Google's domain when loading typefaces. You can block these by using a browser extension that blocks third-party requests.
We retain your email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing ethan@frontofficeplaybook.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe".
To request deletion of all personal data we hold about you, email us at ethan@frontofficeplaybook.com with the subject line "Delete my data." We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
California residents (CCPA): Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. This site is intended for college students and adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
